  • Fast simulation
    • Revision / classical models:
      • Implementation and validation of GFlash code with general fast sim tools
      • Continuation of revision of Gflash models
    • Inclusion of detailed vs fast simulation comparison/validation tests into geant-val
    • AI-based fast simulation model
      • Release of the generalisable fast shower simulation model with machine-learning techniques.
      • Implementation of it in the extended example, Par04, and its documentation (shared activity between the examples WG and the RD TF).
  • Phase Space Information Storage
    • Issue a Working Paper (WP) to the Genproc Working Group and ESA TEC-EPS discussing phase-space (PS) information storage and use:
      • Discuss previous ESA work
      • Develop use-cases
      • Particle PS parameters to be recorded
      • Proposed technical solution for implementation
    • After first iteration of WP, seek wider input (G4 Event) if needed.
    • Following agreement, commence implementation
  • Scoring and usability
    • Maintaining parallel world scoring (including G4ParallelWorldProcess and related classes)
