Existing examples improvements:
- Parameterisation:
- gflasha: Add flexibility for changing geometry between runs
- Medical/dna:
- icsd
- manage different geometries (shape, dimensions, materials) because propane cross sections are expected
- microtrack
- Incorporation of the calculation of (weighted) energy imparted to the site per proton collision. This is needed to get a quantity named delta_2, which Kellerer’s theory uses to connect dose-mean lineal energy with dose-averaged LET.
- Improvement of post-processing ROOT script.

- Improve G4MoleculeCounterManagerMessenger utility
- Improve molcounters example visualization and use through parameter file
