1. Collaboration Meeting in Catania (Italy) on 7-11 October 2024

• In the same week, a Technical Forum was held.
• The next Collaboration Meeting will be held in Stony Brook University, USA, likely in September 2025 (the exact date is not yet fixed).

2. Status of the 11.3 release

• The preparation for the coming release is going well, according to plans, and the release is scheduled for December 6th.

3. R&D Task Force delta assessment of the GPU projects

• A Geant4 internal delta assessment of the GPU projects AdePT and Celeritas has been postponed from December 2023 to Spring 2024 (the exact date is not yet fixed). This delta assessment will provide internal and public conclusions.
