1. Release 11.3

• Overall release went smoothly.
• Updated data sets came rather late, and issues were identified.
• Discussion since then on formalizing process/code of/for generating, validating and releasing data set updates.

2. Proposal to promote the Physics Validation Task Force to a new

  Working Group - Unanimously approved. - Dmitri Konstantinov and Alvaro Tolosa Delgado appointed as Coordinator and   Deputy, respectively, until next election cycle in 2026.

3. Fourth general paper

• In preparation (to be written in 2025 and published in 2026) the fourth general paper of Geant4, covering the decade from version 10.2 (2015) to 11.3 (2024).

4. New User Requirements

• On-going update of the user requirements, based on the presentations made at the Collaboration meeting in Catania (7-11 October 2024).

5. Past events

• HSF detector simulation meeting in preparation for the European Strategy Update for Particle Physics on November 22nd: Geant4 presentation by Ben Morgan.

6. Future events

• Geant4 delta assessment of the AdePT and Celeritas R&D project scheduled for 26/27 March 2025.

• Next Technical Forum, dedicated to the presentation of the plan of work for 2025, expected between end of March and middle of April.
